Manifolds
- 420 stainless prehard 28-32 RC for wear and corrosion resistance
- Designed to have balanced flow and Extrusioned Honed for smooth transitions at all corners and internal level changes
- Flex heater rod that follows the necessary contour and is retained in the channel by Aluminum heat transfer plates
- Flex heater is easily replaced to provide for many years of use with minimal maintenance
- Custom designed and manufactured to meet your specific requirements
Probe bodies
- Engineered for consistent heat transfer
- Probe tips for every application using PP & PE to 40% glass filled engineering grades
- Carbide inserted probe tips with proven wear resistance
- Drop Tubes
- H-13 heat treated, RC 48-52
- Removable heaters for easy maintenance or replacement
- Maximum heat transfer copper alloy tips
- Metal O-ring seals between manifold and probe body
